The School Office will be closed for summer vacation

The following forms are needed in order to enroll your child in Kindgergarten:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Current Immunzation Records
3. Proof of Residency in the Camino Union School District (Copy of your rental or lease agreement, copy of your PG&E or phone bill showing the physical address, or letter from your landlord, etc.)
4. Dental Examination
5. *Your child must be 5 years of age by December 2nd, 2010 in order to enroll in Kindergarten.
